Returns are hassle free. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund and/or we will gladly exchange your item(s) for a different size or color.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase and do not plan to visit our store, simply ship it back to us, and be sure to include a copy of your original receipt with a quick note detailing the reason for your return. Please note the product must be returned in original condition. Returns should be postmarked no more than 30 days from the original ship date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable unless an error was made or your item(s) were damaged in shipping.
$9.95 Standard Delivery. You will receive your purchase via UPS within 7-10 business days of when your order is placed. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150.
$49.95 Express Delivery. Express delivery orders placed before noon ship the day the order is placed. All express orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.
Free In-Store Pickup. If you live locally or will be visiting the Columbus area, and you would like to pick up your order during normal business hours, we will hold your purchase for you and waive the shipping fee.
